TLW Dance Company comprises the most dedicated and talented older students at the dance school. From the age of 12, students are invited to audition for the youth company within a class style workshop. During the audition students are assessed on their dance attributes, performance and dedication.  The Dance Company students then meet once a week to train in a specialised class and have the opportunity to perform outside of the normal TLW Dance performances. To be considered, students must already be studying at least 2 ballet classes a week, technique and at least one other style.  Other students from the school are occasionally invited to perform alongside members of TLW Dance Company and students as young as 6 years old have had the honour of doing this. TLW Alumni have also been invited back to perform alongside the current Company members over past years and the school's motto is​​
