Pilates - Mixed Level​​​
The repertoire of exercises in STOTT Pilates® consists of beginner, intermediate and advanced levels so that each exercise can be adapted to suit the individual’s needs.
Exercises are all designed to help optimise musculoskeletal performance, strength, flexibility and endurance.  With a focus on pelvic and shoulder stabilisation, neutral alignment and breathing, this method of exercise also helps to restore the natural curves of the spine and relieve tension.

Pilates Flow - Mixed Level
Pilates flow is a contemporary style class flowing through variations of the 34 moves. Focusing on the body as a human kinetic chain by applying the fundamentals of Pilates technique & exercises. It aims to offset musculoskeletal imbalances and helps to improve posture, increase muscular balance & overall core strength. It is a session designed to enhance posture,strength, balance & stability, based upon teachings of Joseph Pilates.

Barre Fit - Mixed Level​​​
Inspired by elements of ballet as well as other exercise classes, this is an energetic class choreographed to music that will improve your strength, stamina and flexibility.  Similar to a ballet class, this class will begin at the barre but includes more cardiovascular training and some floor work to ensure a full-body workout.  You don’t need to have any previous ballet experience to attend this class.

Adult Tap - Mixed Level
Learn tap technique and step sequences to a range of different music styles from popular musicals, films and the charts.  Our adult tap lessons are a great, fun way to stay fit and active.  Perfect for those with basic tap knowledge or those with more experience.

Adult Ballet - Mixed Level
Whether you have no previous experience or have danced before, this class combines all of the elements of a traditional ballet class including barre exercises and centre practice to improve posture, flexibility, muscle tone and musicality.

Connecting the body, mind and breath, our yoga classes are designed to improve overall strength and flexibility through physical postures and breathing techniques.   Integrating a simple yoga routine in to your day can help you feel more flexible,, ease back pain and relax your body and mind.  

Late Night Yoga - Mixed Level
This class will start with standing postures that have a strong focus on the mind-body connection.  The poses are gentle and aim to softly relieve tension, while promoting a deep sense of calm.  The class will then continue on the floor with passive, relaxing stretches, finishing with a guided meditation and relaxation.
