Tiffany Longley and Lynne Wilson founded TLW Dance in 2010 with the vision of creating a dance school with opportunities for high quality dance training that could serve the  whole of the local community.

Based in Shaftesbury, North Dorset, TLW Dance is the leading dance school in the area. It boosts its very own 1000sq ft studio, complete with wooden floors, a wall of mirrors, state of the art ballet barres, tumbling mats and a spring board. This space provides the perfect arena for all types of dance and creates an inspiring environment for students to learn. TLW has a foyer where students are able to do their homework in between classes and parents can wait for their children during their lessons.

TLW Dance provides a variety of classes for children of all ages and abilities.  With an eclectic timetable of RAD Ballet, Street Jazz, ISTD Tap Dance, Contemporary, Jazz Technique, Acrobatic Arts, Musical Theatre and TLW Performing Arts, classes at TLW run during term time for 36 weeks of the year. Outside of the timetabled classes, TLW Dance also offers students the opportunity to take part in additional workshops throughout the year, a summer intensive and performances every 11/2 - 2 years.
Most TLW Dance students take 1 or 2 classes a week; however some students take dance and performing arts more seriously and have the oportunity to take multiple classes a week on TLW's specialist 'Dance Programme'. The older students on this programme also have the
opportunity to audition and be invited to specialist classes to further their dance training and develop their performance experience with the TLW Dance Company.

TLW Dance is proud of all their students and has a great number of student achievements. TLW Dance positively encourages students who show the talent to audition for outside courses at some of the top dance schools not only in this country but worldwide. TLW Dance students have been succesful in gaining places with The Royal Ballet School, Tring Park, Elmhurst, The Hammond School, Bird College, Laine Theatre Arts, The Urdang Academy, Sylvia Young,  Jofferey Ballet (NYC), Centre for Advanced Training (CATS) and Alvin Ailey in New York.
